We wish for all of our customers to be completely satisfied and if you’re not happy with your purchase we will allow a full refund for items returned to us within 14 days (of delivery date).

Any Parcels damaged in transit must be reported to us immediately. This also applies for any faulty goods. Any goods faulty upon delivery we shall replace. In the case of a return, goods must be returned in original packaging. We will not refund any incomplete purchases.
The item must be returned at your own cost and responsibility. We would recommend carrying out ‘recorded’ or ‘signed-for’ delivery as this will avoid any risks.
